🧘 Rules During the Virtual Course

• During the online course, students are requested to maintain the values of discipline, respect, mindfulness, and the spiritual atmosphere of the school.
•  Respectful behavior towards teachers, mentors, and fellow students is expected at all times during live classes, group discussions, and online interactions. Any inappropriate comments, disrespectful conduct, or disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the course.
• Students are encouraged to join each session from a quiet, clean, and peaceful environment to support focus and enhance the learning experience.
• To maintain the sanctity of the practice, students should attend classes in comfortable and modest yoga attire suitable for movement and meditation.
• All participants are expected to keep their camera and audio settings as instructed by the teacher during live sessions to ensure smooth class flow.
• The use of alcohol, tobacco, or any intoxicating substances before or during live classes is strictly discouraged.
• As this is a weekly virtual program, all scheduled live sessions and assignments are important for successful completion of the course.
• All weekly classes are mandatory.
• If more than three live sessions are missed, the course completion certificate may not be issued. In such cases, a certificate of participation may be provided instead.
• Students are requested to maintain respectful communication in WhatsApp groups, emails, discussion forums, and any other school communication channels.
• Recordings and course materials are for personal learning use only and should not be shared publicly without prior permission from the school.

🧘 RULES DURING CLASSES

• The use of unrelated electronic devices, social media, chatting, or multitasking during the class is discouraged.
• Students are requested not to record, take screenshots, audio clips, or videos of the live classes without prior permission from the school or teacher.
• Please join the session 5–10 minutes before the scheduled time to check your internet connection, camera, audio, and yoga setup.
• Maintain silence and minimize background noise during the class. Keep your microphone muted unless the teacher asks you to unmute.
• Students are encouraged to keep their camera on during practical sessions so the teacher can guide posture alignment and corrections effectively.
• Please stay attentive and avoid leaving the session in between unless absolutely necessary.
• Respectful communication must be maintained during live sessions, chat boxes, and Q&A discussions.

📄 Enrollment, Payment & Refund Policy

1. Enrollment & Payment

• The full course fee must be paid within 3 days of successful enrollment or before the first scheduled live session, unless otherwise specified by the school.
• Access to live classes, study materials, and recordings will be provided only after the payment is successfully completed.
• The course completion certificate will be awarded only after the following requirements are successfully fulfilled:
  • Minimum attendance in weekly live sessions
  • Successful completion of assignments / assessments
  • Passing the final written or practical evaluation (if applicable)
  • If these requirements are not met, the student may receive a Certificate of Participation / Attendance instead of the completion certificate
• All digital course materials, recordings, PDFs, and other learning resources are provided solely for the enrolled student’s personal use.
• These materials must not be shared, copied, redistributed, or resold without prior written permission from the school.
• In case of course withdrawal, access to premium course materials and future live sessions may be discontinued.
• Students are responsible for their own physical and mental well-being during online yoga sessions.
• Before joining the course, students are advised to consult a healthcare professional if they have any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, or physical limitation.
• The school shall not be held responsible for any injury, discomfort, health issue, or accident arising during online practice if the student does not follow the teacher’s guidance.
• Students should practice within their personal limits and inform the teacher in advance about any medical concerns.
• The registration / booking amount is non-refundable.
• After payment, the course fee is generally non-refundable and non-transferable once access to live sessions or digital course materials has been provided.
• If a student wishes to cancel before the course begins, the fee may be transferred to the next available batch provided at least 7–15 days prior notice is given.
•  If a student is removed from the course due to violation of class guidelines, misuse of recordings, inappropriate behavior, or disrespectful conduct, no refund shall be applicable.
• In case the school needs to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will have the option to:
  • transfer to the next available batch
  • attend recorded sessions
  • reschedule to another program.

AUTHORIZATIONS AND CONSENTS

•  By reserving and contracting the course, you authorise Karma Wellness Yoga School to: Storage and use of images taken during the teacher training course. Being able to be published on social networks, profiles, filming for commercial dissemination, web spaces, photographs for magazines or publications related to our sector. Storage and informative and / or commercial use of my personal data provided.
•  In the case of non-authorization, rectification or cancellation, in order to eliminate all information relating to you from our files and systems, please let us know in writing as soon as possible by sending us an email to the following address: karmayogaschool17@gmail.com
•  In the same way, I confirm that all the information provided in this document is true. Assuming any risk and liability associated with the activities and events carried out by karma Wellness Yoga School or in any other locations in the world.

Refund Policy

An advance of course fees will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules by giving us at least 45 days notice, any information of cancellation due to any reason within 45 days will not be accepted and your advance deposit money will be forfeited.

If a student cancels the course after joining or get a show due to unavoidable circumstances, then the adv deposit is non-refundable and a fresh application is requested.
